One of the most joyous elements of life are our friends and families, those we share the good and the bad days with. A vital part for many are their pets. For this Special members of the server submitted their furry friends to be shown right here on TCR!

Cats

Fluffy and known for their individualism, cats are popular among server members. We received 3 submissions from 2 different owners:

Sparky is owned by current Secretary of Defence Callum Wayne. This fluffy beast is a Maine Coon Mix and loves people, snuggles, belly rubs, going outside, boxes and shoes!

Vincenzo aka Cenzi is also owned by Secretary Wayne, who is apparently a big cat guy. Cenzi is an American Shorthair Tabby and loves morning wake up calls, sharing meals and sitting on your lap on the couch at night.

Snoopy is owned by Representative Sonn-Battle. She is a 4-year-old half calico half tabby cat. The Representative spoke in loving terms of her and her big personality. Snoopy is sneaky and sassy, loving and very independent.

Dogs

Loyal and playful, there is a reason President Truman’s saying “If you want a friend in Washington, get a dog” has rang true in our server as well. We received 4 submissions from 4 different owners:

Sundae is beloved Representative Carrot’s dog, who described her in the following words: “MY PEIT IS SOFT AND NICE AND PUPY AND YOU SEE THAT SHE IS WHITE WEITH BROWNE SPOTOES”.

Nala is the former First Dog of the United States, belonging to Representative McKenna’s parents. While not directly owned by the Representative, he considers her part of the family. Nala was adopted 2 years ago and is a rescue dog. She is very affectionate and loves to run, but is also a bit skittish.

Lexi is owned by Deputy Chief of Staff Wonder. Her owner seems to have conflicting emotions towards her as he described her as “the little monster”, but love seems to win out as the end as other terms of endearment like “first dog Lexi”, “soft ears”, and “little Pup” were also used. Lexi likes to sleep, is extremely energetic and loves humans more then other dogs.

Maverick is Senate Minority Leader Romerio’s dog. He was adopted as part of a large litter and is a Rhodesian Ridgeback. He loves going to daycare and taking long walks.
